How does ordering work?
Pick your child's favorite character, complete the order, and fill in the details we ask for: their name, how to pronounce it, their age, and your personalized message. We then create your video and send it to your email.
How long does delivery take?
Your video is delivered by email within 4 business days. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
Can I order more than one video?
Yes! Each video is made individually, so add one to your cart for every child or occasion, and share the details for each one.
Can I get my video faster?
Yes! If you need your video sooner, just add the extra rush shipping option to your order and we will prioritize it. Without it, delivery is within 4 business days.

What will the video look like?
A cheerful cartoon video starring the character you chose, who says your child's name and shares your personalized message.
What format is it, and how do I watch it?
It arrives as a Full HD MP4 file in 16:9, so it plays on phones, tablets, computers and smart TVs. Just download it and press play.
Can I use it for a birthday or a special occasion?
Absolutely. It works for birthdays, holidays, potty training wins, first days of school, or just a big surprise. Add the occasion to your message.
Can I keep the video forever?
Yes. Once it is in your inbox, download it and save it wherever you like.

How do you make sure the name is pronounced correctly?
The order form asks you to tell us how to pronounce your child's name, so we get it right from the start.
What if my child has an uncommon name?
No problem. Just write out the pronunciation as clearly as you can (for example, "Ah-DREE-ah-nah") and we will take it from there.
Do I have to upload a photo?
Only if your chosen video needs one. If it does, the order form will tell you.
What happens to my photos and information?
Photos you send are used only to make your video and are deleted at the end of the day. Read our Privacy Policy for the full details.

If something is not quite right
What if there is a mistake in my video?
If we made an error, such as a misspelled name, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it. You also get one free revision.
My video will not play. What can I do?
Try downloading the file first and opening it in your device's video player. If it still does not work, email us and we will help.
What is your refund policy?
Because each video is personalized just for you, all sales are final. If there is a problem, we will fix it. Read our Refund Policy for the details.
